109 pages are simply too short for a book this lovely!
However, don't let the size of this book deceive you because it is packed with charisma!
This book is such an incredibly lovely read that it puts a smile on your face when you finish it.
On his own wedding day, his newly wedded wife gets hypnotised in believing that he is invisible. He spends his wedding night shouting at her, trying to make her see that he is still there. Tom tries everything and asks his friends (who are all superheroes) for advice.
He finds that all his attempts go unnoticed by his wife, The Perfectionists and time is running out.
After 6 months The Perfectionists decided to move to Vancouver and Tom has only little time left to make her see that he is and has always been there. Because once the plane lands in Vancouver his wife will make it the most perfect place, one where he is forgotten about.
Andrew Kaufman not only creates perfectly lovable Tom, but also an entire range of superpowers out of daily habits/routines or small personality traits. It caused for funny creations which only adds to the charm of this book.
This book has a strong voice and stands out from others by its strong personality and unique story. I loved it!
I loved all the different superheroes that were mentioned. My favourite ones being The Falling Girl and The Spooner ^^. They seemed so adorable.
Tom might not have a superpower but if he did it'd be Friendship (Love, Loyalty and Perseverance).

All Tom's friends really are superheroes.
There's the Ear, the Spooner, the Impossible Man. Tom even married a superhero, the Perfectionist. But at their wedding, the Perfectionist was hypnotized (by ex-boyfriend Hypno, of course) to believe that Tom is invisible. Nothing he does can make her see him. Six months later, she's sure that Tom has abandoned her.
So she's moving to Vancouver. She'll use her superpower to make Vancouver perfect and leave all the heartbreak in Toronto. With no idea Tom's beside her, she boards an airplane in Toronto. Tom has until the wheels touch the ground in Vancouver to convince her he's visible, or he loses her forever.
